This Viking necklace has four raised triquetra or trinity knots with the Vegvisir in the center, creating a Celtic-style cross. Although the triquetra or trinity knot holds many meanings, it represents the balance between the body, mind, and spirit. The Vegvisir is known as the runic compass or the Viking Nordic compass; it is made of eight Viking rune staves. Vegvisir is also known as a symbol of protection and guidance. The Celtic cross pendant has a high polish and gold color PVD finish with antiquing in the recessed areas to highlight the details. This pendant (without bail) approximately measures 44mm in diameter by 8mm thick. The bail can accommodate a chain or cord necklace up to 6mm wide. This pendant is also reversible; the front is the same as the back. The pendant will arrive ready to wear on a 24-inch long 3mm wide 316L stainless steel Spiga/wheat chain that has an easy-to-use lobster claw clasp.
